Broadcasting 24/7 Listen Live

Targeted Groups

We offer bespoke packages of teaching, training and support work to small or large groups of young people with a range of different and complex needs.

We develop learning programmes to include creative music, radio and digital production outcomes with a focus on developing confidence, literacy, oracy, progression routes, social action, inclusion or well-being. Our approach is very responsive to our participants’ interests and needs.

This work can either take place at our studio spaces with access to a broadcasting studio and recording booth, or on site at your premises with our outreach equipment including our BoomBus. This work may then develop into further opportunities for participants including work experience, volunteering or paid work.

We are always interested in partnership working and are often able to apply for funding to support groups so if you are interested in working with us but don’t as yet have the funds please get in touch.

We recommend a course of 6 weeks to begin with.
Entry Level, Level 1 and 2 AQA qualifications can be earned in this time frame.

If you would like us to work with your group please email: ellen@soundcommunities.co.uk

Bespoke packages also available to be built around the needs of your young people.
